Andrea Mulder, native of Toronto, grew up in the competitive dance world. Studying under some of the most respected teachers and choreographers in Canada. She trained in Ballet, Tap , Jazz, Lyrical and Acrobatics.
During this time Andrea became and Associte and Full member of the B.A.T.D., trained extensively in R.A.D., and completed her Coaching Certification in gymnastics. She then went on to further her training with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from York University, graduating with Honours for her double majors in Dance and Kinesiology.
During her University years Andrea enjoyed performing with The York Dance Ensemble continuing to build her technique and experience. Her extensive knowledge of the body combined with her love for dance has contributed greatly to her successful career as a dance teacher and choreographer. For the past 12 years, Andrea has been an integral part of developing and directing the acrobatics program at Performing Dance Arts Toronto, where she has won many awards for her choreography and training across Canada and the United States. Extensively trained in all disciplines, Andrea feels her true passion and calling is teaching. She loves developing young dancers technically and finds nothing more gradifying then watching the next generation of dancers thrive under her guidance.
