Toronto, Canada, August 5, 2015 – Performing Dance Arts (www.performingdancearts.ca), Toronto’s leading dance studio for children of all skill levels, is announcing its second set of Acro Intensive dance classes starting August 24.
The first set of Acro Intensive dance camps ran from July 27th until July 30th. Now successfully completed, Performing Dance Arts wants to make sure to give all dancers a chance to sign up for the next set of classes which runs from August 24 until August 27.
“We absolutely love putting on these camps,” says Ashley Daychak, Creative Director at Performing Arts. “They’re called intensive for a reason. We condense so much training and activity into these four days that it’s much more demanding than a typical dance class that stretches for months. But we know the kids really enjoy it; they’re focused and pay attention to everything we teach them.”
The first acro intensive camp was led by Performing Dance Arts very own Andrea Mulder who has been an instructor with the academy for 12 years. Mulder is trained in multiple disciplines and has played a vital role in developing and directing the acrobatics program at Performing Dance Arts Toronto.
“It’s just a great opportunity for those dancers who want to work on their acro skills,” Daychak concludes. “We only do camps like these a few times throughout the entire year and hope to get as many dancers out as possible.”
Spaces for the second dance camp are limited. To learn more about the Acro Intensive dance camps and register for a space in the second set of dance classes, visit the Performing Dance website at www.performingdancearts.ca.
